Best views in Puerto Soller! This house at the top of the cliff has the most spectacular view of the entire island. It is tastefully decorated, with an spacious sun filled living area, which opens out to a sun deck and inviting lap pool.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. Our daughter married near Soller and had her pre wedding photos taken in the house with the view as her backdrop. The photographers were amazed at the view. Both Michael and Ulrike were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Super stay in your lovely Mallorcan home thank you. Your pre-trip help was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. We hired a car with the company you recommended which was very easy at the airport. The view from the house was simply splendid. My 83 year old mother was with us – she managed the steps down to the bay easily and it was no problem at all to pop down in the car to pick her up to come back up. A fabulous spot in the Port de Sóller!

Casa del Puerto is a magical place for a holiday – the most amazing view of Port de Soller and a lovely home with excellent facilities. It feels private and quiet but with access to the amenities in Port de Soller.
Michael is a warm and helpful host, he provided great recommendations and instructions so check in / out was easy. He was very responsive to communication and our local contact was very welcoming and helpful. This was much appreciated.
The house is beautiful – top quality facilities and the best view of the port. We enjoyed long evenings watching the sunset and relaxing days enjoying the pool. The walk to the port is short – good access to beach and amenities…
We loved our stay and hope to return one day.

Die Casa del Puerto ist bestimmt eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in Port de Soller. Sie hält alles, was sie auf den Bildern verspricht. Das Highlight ist die weitläufige Terrasse. Der Blick auf den Hafen und auf die untergehende Sonne ist einmalig. Den Strand und die Strandpromenade erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Unser Urlaub war eine perfekte Mischung aus entspannten Tagen in dem wunderschönen Haus, am Strand und am Meer und dem Genuss der vielfältigen Gastronomie in Port de Soller. Besser geht es nicht. Vielen Dank an Michael van Almsick für viele tolle Tipps und die nette Kommunikation. Ebenso herzlichen Dank an die persönliche Betreuung von Ulrike vor Ort.

We stayed here for a week between Christmas and New Years and the stay was fabulous. The home is big and modern with an amazing view. The weather during our stay was great and we spent almost every afternoon out on the deck with a glass of wine. When we weren’t outside, we were still staring out the windows. The kitchen is well stocked and we made a lot of meals at home since many of Michael’s recommended restaurants were closed. Everything in the house worked and the house was well heated for winter. Michael was very responsive before and after booking. No question was too small for him to answer. Ulrike, the local host, met us at the house and took us through everything. She was great and always available during our stay. Parking was easy, on the street, and the walk to the port about 5 minutes via road and stairs. There are tons of hiking trails all over the valley and the house has hiking guides in both German and English (thanks Michael!). Many of them you can start at the Port. There are no bad hikes but I would highly recommend the loop hike that goes up Cami Vell de Cuber and down the GR 221 (Hike 36 in Walking Paradise, Soller book) out of Biniaraix. Hiking down the canyon on GR 221 was awesome, the cave going up was cool, and the waterfall was neat. Market day in Soller is on Saturday, and is fun to walk around. Head down the street from the main square, following the vendors, and outside the meat market hall is the good (and cheap) vendor selling pastries. All types of ensaimadas, bread, other sweets. Overall, this was an excellent stay. It was our last week of a three week trip, and the house, the view, and the town were perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michael!

Our stay at Casa del Puerto was a Five Star Experience! Stunning views from a fantastic villa. We spent a wonderful week in September at Casa del Puerto. The beautiful Villa has more or less everything you can ask for. Stunning views over the Mediterranean and the harbor of Port de Sóller, a well equipped house with modern and tasteful furniture. The hostess Ulrike was very helpful and took very good care of us. She met up at the house upon our arrival, arranged with things that we asked for and was available for questions during our stay. We also had a bunch of questions prior our trip which the owner Michael was very patient to answer. He also gave us tips about sights in the area, the closest supermarket etcetera. Our family spent a great week together and we all enjoyed the house, the large terrace, the surroundings, the closeness to Port de Sollér and the boardwalk along the seafront with restaurants, bars and shops (just a few minutes walk down the hill). We were traveling with our grandchild Vera 1,5 years old and we bought her a baby pool as she didn’t enjoy the pool at the house (which all of us adults did very much). Anyway we left the baby pool at the house to use for other kids. Finally we can strongly recommend this place for couples and families. Casa del Puerto met all our expectations and more. The location is stunning. The villa has possibly THE best views over the harbor in all of Port de Sóller. The house is spacious, modern and fitted out with top quality materials and equipment. It has a small pool perfect for a quick dip. The balcony was our favorite space. It is equipped with loungers, dining tables, a sofa, ample shaded area and enough space for everyone to enjoy a range of activities. We were met by Ulrike at the beginning and end of the visit and she called to see if we needed anything during the week. One small problem was sorted immediately. The owner, Michael, provided details of his favorite local restaurants which we sampled during the week. He also made recommendations for walks, visits, sporting activities as requested by us. Casa del Puerto is a holiday home lovingly designed and cared for by the owner and it was a pleasure to stay there (27/5/18 to 4/6/2018). One point to note is that the wonderful views over the harbor come at a price. The villa is more than 150 steps up from the port and not for the fainthearted. Thank you, Michael. Very clean, spacious, tidy, well appointed & tastefully laid out accommodation. Brilliant aspect & view particularly capturing afternoon sun & evening sunset. Peaceful & secluded location. High quality furniture & kitchen equipment, including sharp knives & plenty cutlery & crockery. Plenty of storage space for clothes & high quality clothes hangers. Also very much appreciated beach/sunlounger towels & high quality hairdryer. Excellent restaurant recommendations. Additional one we really liked is Vint. …we loved your villa. We also loved Sóller.
