… then maybe this place might be my vacation home. Sadly I didn’t. But the good news is that Michael did. In fact he seems to have worked very hard indeed, because his home is as about as close to perfect as any Airbnb I have ever stayed in… and perhaps any house I have ever visited. Location; layout; amenities; privacy; views; style – it’s all outstanding. The house was immaculately cleaned and professionally cared for by Ulrike – Michael’s delightful property manager – while Michael himself was warm, responsive and thoroughly helpful. The panoramic views of the bay – especially at sunset – are second to none. The house is modern without being austere, and stylish without feeling overly-curated. The kitchen was better appointed and the beds more comfortable than my own. The restaurants are a stone’s throw – yet the house is quiet, private and set above the fray. Really… It’s flawless. Go. And remember… work hard at school.

Wow! Magnificent! Our best experience ever with airbnb. This gorgeous property rates 10 stars. One of the best views anywhere in Europe and Port de Sóller is among the most beautiful places we’ve ever been. Michael and Ulrike are wonderful hosts, extremely helpful and thoughtful. We sincerely hope to return for another week in paradise.

Best views in Puerto Soller! This house at the top of the cliff has the most spectacular view of the entire island. It is tastefully decorated, with an spacious sun filled living area, which opens out to a sun deck and inviting lap pool.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. Our daughter married near Soller and had her pre wedding photos taken in the house with the view as her backdrop. The photographers were amazed at the view. Both Michael and Ulrike were extremely helpful and accommodating.

We are a family of 6 and spent a week in this beautiful house. The house is one of the higher one on the hill and 7-8 minutes walk from the beach and lovely restaurants. It is a quiet location and ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy moments of tranquility. The view just is just breathtaking and spectacular from early morning to late night. We just could never be tired of it.
All the rooms are very clean and have everything we needed. The pool and outside space have been well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with a high standard of kitchen utensils and we enjoyed cooking and bbq a few nights. The tasteful decoration and high standard of equipments also adds to a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.
Communication with the house owner and also house keeper were always quick and helpful. Our check-in and check-out were very welcoming and smooth. We received good advice both before and during the holiday. Thank you very much for helping us to have a memorable family holiday.

Casa del Puerto is a magical place for a holiday – the most amazing view of Port de Soller and a lovely home with excellent facilities. It feels private and quiet but with access to the amenities in Port de Soller.
Michael is a warm and helpful host, he provided great recommendations and instructions so check in / out was easy. He was very responsive to communication and our local contact was very welcoming and helpful. This was much appreciated.
The house is beautiful – top quality facilities and the best view of the port. We enjoyed long evenings watching the sunset and relaxing days enjoying the pool. The walk to the port is short – good access to beach and amenities…
We loved our stay and hope to return one day.

The patio is absolutely wonderful, where we loved cooling off in the pool, drinking coffee, sipping wine, eating meals and watching the yachts come into the harbor.
The kitchen is great for home cooking, with beautiful finishes and nice appliances.
Port de Soller is so charming. The water is warm, the food is delicious (olives, bocadillos, almond shakes, fresh fish, creamy gelato), the people are so nice and everybody loves watching the trams go by.

We stayed here for a week between Christmas and New Years and the stay was fabulous. The home is big and modern with an amazing view. The weather during our stay was great and we spent almost every afternoon out on the deck with a glass of wine. When we weren’t outside, we were still staring out the windows. The kitchen is well stocked and we made a lot of meals at home since many of Michael’s recommended restaurants were closed. Everything in the house worked and the house was well heated for winter. Michael was very responsive before and after booking. No question was too small for him to answer. Ulrike, the local host, met us at the house and took us through everything. She was great and always available during our stay. Parking was easy, on the street, and the walk to the port about 5 minutes via road and stairs. There are tons of hiking trails all over the valley and the house has hiking guides in both German and English (thanks Michael!). Many of them you can start at the Port. There are no bad hikes but I would highly recommend the loop hike that goes up Cami Vell de Cuber and down the GR 221 (Hike 36 in Walking Paradise, Soller book) out of Biniaraix. Hiking down the canyon on GR 221 was awesome, the cave going up was cool, and the waterfall was neat. Market day in Soller is on Saturday, and is fun to walk around. Head down the street from the main square, following the vendors, and outside the meat market hall is the good (and cheap) vendor selling pastries. All types of ensaimadas, bread, other sweets. Overall, this was an excellent stay. It was our last week of a three week trip, and the house, the view, and the town were perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michael!

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in Port de Soller und auch diesmal war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Traumblick auf den Hafen und aufs Meer ist einmalig und lädt auf viele entspannte Sonnenuntergänge ein. An- und Abreise und alles drumherum waren perfekt und freundlich organisiert.

Our stay at Casa del Puerto was a Five Star Experience! Stunning views from a fantastic villa. We spent a wonderful week in September at Casa del Puerto. The beautiful Villa has more or less everything you can ask for. Stunning views over the Mediterranean and the harbor of Port de Sóller, a well equipped house with modern and tasteful furniture. The hostess Ulrike was very helpful and took very good care of us. She met up at the house upon our arrival, arranged with things that we asked for and was available for questions during our stay. We also had a bunch of questions prior our trip which the owner Michael was very patient to answer. He also gave us tips about sights in the area, the closest supermarket etcetera. Our family spent a great week together and we all enjoyed the house, the large terrace, the surroundings, the closeness to Port de Sollér and the boardwalk along the seafront with restaurants, bars and shops (just a few minutes walk down the hill). We were traveling with our grandchild Vera 1,5 years old and we bought her a baby pool as she didn’t enjoy the pool at the house (which all of us adults did very much). Anyway we left the baby pool at the house to use for other kids. Finally we can strongly recommend this place for couples and families. Vielen Dank, dass diese tolle Unterkunft uns als Familie mit erwachsener Tochter so schöne Tage beschert hat. Super Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses (besonders der Küche), herrlich große Terrasse mit schönen Möbeln und kleinem Pool. Bestens geschlafen auf sehr guten Matratzen, großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Die Kommunikation war perfekt: schnell, sehr freundlich, verbindlich und mit vielen Tipps.
